Transport

School runs a transport service for the students.

Transport Service

• The buses cover major areas of the town but cannot promise to cover every point, or pickup children right from their homes.
• Children can be collected from and dropped back only at the pick-up points fixed by the school.
• Service will be available on payment of charges laid down to all those who opt for it.
• The timings of the transport should be maintained by the parents.
• One sided transport facility will not be provided.
• The transport will not wait for late comers.
• Students and parents must strictly abide by the terms and conditions, rules and regulations laid down for the smooth and efficient running of this service.

Other Facilities

• Students are shown Educative films.
• For kids the school provides different toys and equipment for outdoor games. From time to time the Authorities will arrange Quiz contest and Educational Programmes to enable the pupils in building their self confidence and growing knowledge. The teachers of the School are Experienced and Highly Qualified.
• Individual/Personal attention is given to all children uniformly.
• Special attention is given to educate children in good manners &. behaviour. (Care is taken to give sufficient / adequate knowledge of polite conversation, dining manners & ways of respecting elders.)
• Audio visual aids are used in the teaching method.
• Special attention is given to child's birthday.
• Parents-Teachers Meeting is arranged for having a better understanding of the children.

Infrastructure is the base on which a good education can be built. It comprises both physical and educational infrastructure. While space is an important parameter - it does not mean a sprawling campus in acre - its rather an adequate and optimum utilisation from the space which is more important.

Management

Management, a constantly evolving discipline, requires that institutes keep moderating their curriculum to remain abreast with the changing demands of the industry. Recent induction of soft skills and personality development as part of education curriculum is one such step.

We encourage students to push the limits of their minds. Because we believe that's what gives them the edge. No effort is spared to shape, chisel and sharpen minds in our classrooms. We encourage our students to think out of the book- With debates and discussions, live case studies and real projects, among other things. Because in today's world degrees alone are not enough. To get ahead you have to be sharp, Razor sharp. Vidya Bhumi is the institute set up for knowledge dissemination as well as knowledge creation.

Science & Computer Labs

The school has at present a multipurpose laboratory to cover general science including physics, chemistry, maths and biology as per the CBSE requirement. The school has a well equipped Computer Lab with adequate number of computers for the use of students on a day-to-day basis.

Monitoring Through C.C. Camera

Monitoring of the students with the help of C. C. Camera which ensures proper teaching - learning process.

Art, Craft & Music Block

The school has a separate Craft room for arts and handicrafts where children can develop their creative ability. There is musical corner with precise and special instruments. A qualified music teacher is appointed for this job.

• Students offered admission must complete the required formalities within a week, otherwise the offer will stand cancelled. Submission of evidence of date of birth is compulsory.
• Evidence of passing the last class, along with the Mark sheet and Transfer Certificate from the previous school, which should be a recognized school, affiliated to All India Board or a State Board of Education.
• A medical certificate from a recognized doctor showing the record of vaccination/Immunization etc., as well as mention of any particular ailment or health condition about which the school ought to know.
• Full payment of all fees and dues are payable by a new student at the time of admission as per the schedule of fees laid down by the school.
• All payments to the school will be made either in cash or by a Bank draft in the name of the school.

Fee Rules Withdrawal...

• For the withdrawal of a student from the school, a notice of at least 30 days must be given otherwise, the fees for that period will become payable.
• Withdrawal notice must be given in writing by the parent only.
• No refund will be claimed for the tuition fees paid, if the student leaves before the end of the session.
• If all dues are not cleared as required by the school, it will not issue Transfer Certificate, Report Card or any other documents.
• This School is not a feeder School to any other School. Parents who wish to withdraw their child at in between the session, in such cases the caution money will not be refunded.

Readmission...

If a student's name is struck off the roll for any reason, he will have to apply for re-admission. If it is permitted by the school, Parents will have to pay all the dues including admission fee etc., as for a New-Admission.

A Word to The Parents

We believe in punctuality. Make sure your child is in school in time. Similarly make sure your child does not keep waiting for you after school is over. As per the orders of the school the lunch & eatables should be strictly vegetarian according to our prescription i.e.. Roti, Sabji, Salad, fruits etc. Education is a joint responsibility of the school and the parents. A school has to have certain set of rules, regulations and guidelines so that it can run efficiently fulfilling its objectives.

Location

The School is situated in pollution-free atmosphere built on 2 acres of land. It is located in a hilly area called "Dharam Takeri". The Class rooms are sufficiently big with all modern facilities. Laboratories and activity rooms are designed for giving self motivation and academic environment to children. The Campus includes a big skating rink and a huge stage with lush green surroundings. Besides this we have playing equipments and accessories for all pre-primary children.

Status & Format

Vidya Bhumi Public School, Chhindwara is an English Medium Co-educational, Semi Residential school for boys and girls, affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education. On 19 Dec. 2006 the school has got ISO 9001:2000 certificate for Quality Management System which adds another feather into our cap. This is the first school to have such pride in this region. At present the school offers classes from class 1st to higher Secondary level.
